KC-350RDM扇形轉盤機為今機專門為插頭設計之專用機, 過去因為插頭的尾部有電線拖曳, 在選擇滑板機或轉盤機時均因電線在移動時可能會受到外力拉扯而造成插頭的移位, 或者必須要考慮電線在轉盤移動時的動向而僅能選擇標準機。今機為了提升客戶的產能及作業的便利近年開發扇形轉盤機以克服生產上的限制, 此系列機種為立式鎖模臥式射出, 無柱新式扇形轉盤, 減少人員位移增加產能效率。
KC-350RDM fan type table series are TKC new design for power cord market. In the past, customer who make the power cord are only could be use standard series model machines, the plugs insert might be move because the cable pull outside when table slide. So TKC offer the KC-RDM series to overcome the trouble in produce and increase customer's Capacity. This series model are vertical clamping with horizontal injection. No tie bar & fan type table. Reduce the time of operator moving and increase the effectiveness of produce.
